The Story Behind Aztec Eagle Hot Sauce
For years I tinkered with recipes to make a hot sauce with outstanding flavor and just the right amount of heat - enough to keep it interesting, but not overpowering. After years of testing, I fermented heirloom chiles in a small-batch process, and wow, it was exactly what I had envisioned. I knew I stumbled on something special.
I wanted a hot sauce that was not only delicious, but beautiful. Inspired by the barro negro pottery of Oaxaca, I designed an esthetic that looks elegant anywhere - from a kitchen counter, to a taco truck, to a high-end restaurant. I am sure once you try it, you will love it and find it elevates the most simple meals.
Thank you for your support.
Buen provecho
